Please read the entirety of this page carefully. By making a purchase at, you agree to terms and conditions outlined below and throughout this website.

Products may be purchased for personal use only, either by yourself or by your intended recipient(s) of the products. reserves the right to decline any order that it has reasonable cause to believe is intended for unauthorized resale. takes reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices of products appearing in this online store are correct. Although every effort is made to keep this site as up to date as possible, the information appearing at any given time may not always reflect our current position exactly when your order is placed. reserves the right to:

  • Modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, our online store (or any part thereof) with or without notice to you; shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification or withdrawal; and/or

  • Change our terms and conditions at any time, and your continued use of this store (or any part thereof) following such change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. If our policies have been altered, your order will be subject to the terms at the date and time of you placing your order. It is your responsibility to check regularly to determine whether our terms and conditions have been updated. If you do not agree to any changes, then you must immediately stop using the store.

Terms of Sale

By clicking the “Checkout” button in your shopping cart, you have made a binding offer for the sale of goods. Your offer at this stage is still subject to our acceptance. In order that we may accept your offer, we obtain an authorization from your credit card company for the amount detailed on the order summary page. We are not taking funds from your card at this stage, although the amount available for you to spend will be reduced by the authorization. This is a normal process with banks. If your credit card should not give an authorization, your order will not be processed further.


If your payment is authorized, we will send you an email to confirm that your order has been received. You will later receive a separate confirmation email containing a tracking number when your products have been shipped. We are deemed to have accepted your offer, and a corresponding contract of sale for the products ordered only upon those products being shipped to you and a shipping confirmation email is sent. may refuse or be unable to process your order, at our discretion, even after you receive an order confirmation email, for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • The product you ordered is discontinued or not currently in stock (we do our best to keep up with inventory but occasionally there can be discrepancies)

  • Your credit card does not give authorization for the payment of the purchase price

  • You do not meet the eligibility to order, based on criteria above

Please allow up to two business days for to complete all returns. is not responsible for any delays or holds that are a result of bank policy.


Returns will only be accepted to the kingnature online store they were purchased from and not any of the kingnature partner stores in other countries.


You may cancel your order at no cost, with a full refund, before it has been shipped. While it may take up to two business days for your order to ship, frequently sends out orders on the same day they are received. Be aware that there is a delay between the time your orders are shipped and the time you receive a shipping confirmation email. cannot stop shipment after your items have been turned over to the shipper (even if you have not yet received a shipping confirmation email).


If your order has already shipped, you may return it within seven days after the day you receive it. will refund the purchase price and any taxes you paid, minus the cost of shipping, AFTER all the items have been returned, unopened and in their original condition. You are responsible for the any charges incurred to ship the products back.


In the rare case that you should receive damaged, open, expired, or incorrect items in your order, you must contact within seven days of your package being delivered to receive a refund or to exchange the items. You may be required to provide a photo of faulty items, and/or, in some cases, you may be required to return the products to before being issued a refund. In that unlikely event, will reimburse you for the shipping cost upon the production of a receipt.

Shipping Policy

Shipping is FREE for orders $250 or more! Orders under $250 will be charged a shipping fee of $12 for orders weighing under 1 lb and $17 for orders weighing 1lb or more. will make every effort to send out orders the day we receive them, when placed before noon (Pacific Standard Time), Monday - Friday. However, please allow up to two business days for your order to be shipped. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number shortly after your package has been turned over to the shipper.

Currently, only offers Priority Mail shipping via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Priority Mail is delivered in approximately 1-3 business days and may take up to two business days to pack your order; this means you should receive your products in approximately 2-5 business days after placing your order. is not responsible for late delivery on the part of the USPS.

Please make sure you input the correct shipping address and that your order is being delivered to a secure location. is not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address, if they have been shipped to the address that was given to us. Nor can we be responsible for packages stolen once they have been delivered to your correct address, as the USPS will not reimburse us if they have delivered the package to the address that was given to them.
